The Plume de Martre workshop is offering a calligraphy course on the "ONCIALE" script. Uncial script, inherited from the manuscripts of the High Middle Ages from the 3rd to the 8th century, is characterised by its round, harmonious shapes. During this course, you will explore this majestic script step by step, perfect for discovering or deepening your knowledge of Latin calligraphy. On the programme: study of letters and proportions, composition of a short text, simple decoration around the text. Open to all, beginners and advanced. Materials provided on registration.
