In the village of Montagney, small gîte adjoining another, completely renovated, ideal for a couple, located in one of the outbuildings of Château Terrier de Santans. Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living/dining room (sofa bed), shower room with Italian shower, separate WC, flat-screen TV, direct access to terrace. Upstairs: a lovely bedroom with 1 x 140 cm bed. A cot, baby bath and high chair are also available. Small pets accepted on request from the owners. 2 terraces with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs and parasol. Set in one hectare of magnificent parkland. Two other gîtes on the estate (70G4156 + 70G4157), which can be rented together for a total of 10 people. Private parking in the enclosed courtyard.

In the heart of the Ognon valley, in a village with quality shops (local produce, etc.), close to Pesmes (castle, royal house, etc., one of the most beautiful villages in France) or Marnay, a town of character with many sporting and leisure activities: canoeing, kayaking, paddle, fishing, walks along the paths of Santiago de Compostela, canoeing, cycling circuits, etc. Hugier vineyards, "Acorus" water garden in Autoreille.
